Building community among your group is a worthwhile venture if you want to be able to accomplish much of anything together. Group building activities focus on communication, problem solving, trust, teamwork and decision making. They can nurture and hone your group’s leadership and cooperative skills before you start a project, or work out issues you may come across in the midst of it.
These activities are challenging and fun, but the value of them lies in the debriefings, after each game or element. That’s when participants make the connections with the “real-life” challenges they face together, and how to meet them successfully.
Experiences are individually designed to fit your needs and meet your group’s purposes.
They will include:
- ICE BREAKERS
- on-the-ground INITIATIVES
- LOW & HIGH ROPES ELEMENTS
are only used when we have access to Spring Heights Education Center, the Methodist Church Camp, which has full insurance for such activities.
